On paper, you’ve got it all together. You’re driven, capable, and likely the person
everyone else leans on. But internally, it’s a different story. Maybe you feel like you’re
constantly 'performing' while carrying a weight of old trauma or emotions that you just
can't seem to think your way out of.
I’m Cindy Tesch, an LMHC-D, and I work with people just like you: high achievers who
are ready to stop managing their symptoms and start actually healing. I’m trained in
EMDR, which is a bit like a 'deep clean' for the brain—it helps us process those stuck
memories and feelings, so they no longer have a grip on your present life. My goal isn’t
just to help you cope; it’s to help you feel as light and capable on the inside as you look
on the outside.
Outside of the office:
When I’m not in the therapist’s chair, I’m likely finding my own flow on the dance floor,
lost in a good book, or getting some much-needed 'purr therapy' from my cats. I believe
that a life well-lived is all about balance, and I’m passionate about helping my clients
find that same sense of joy and ease in their own lives.
