I am a NYS licensed social worker. I have worked in the field for over a decade with individuals and families from all walks of life. As we strive to improve ourselves, sometimes mental health is overlooked. Being healthy on the inside will reflect on the outside. I endeavor to create a collborative safe space for those I work with so we can conquer life's changes together. I work with adults, children, and couples. The areas I specialize in are anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and grief counseling. Life is a journey full of challenges; you don't have to do it alone. We are here to help.
