I am a licensed psychotherapist with a
Masters degree in clinical social work and have been in practice for over twelve
years. My approach to therapy is
generally holistic with an emphasis on personal growth and is
formed according to the individual needs of my clients.
I use a variety of methods including
looking at mind-body interactions and exploration of everyday life situations and their
problems. I also use in-depth forms of
therapy such as dream analysis and Jungian psychology,
focusing on greater understanding of our motivations.
My undergraduate work included studies in
fine arts and I have particular interest in creative process,
self-expression through art, writing and the possibilities of insight into oneself through practice of the
arts.
I accept most insurances and hours at
my Vestal office are on days, evenings and weekends.
