Sarah strives to develop natural and genuine therapeutic relationships. She has a variety of experiences working with mental health and addiction among all age groups, but particularly adolescents and young adults.
Sarah graduated with a concentration in mental health. She takes particular care to be kind and empathetic to her clients, while also challenging them. Shes uses an integrative approach that incorporates person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques. She aims to respect the goals of her clients and work alongside them to come to a place of restoration and peace.
Sarah graduated with her Masters from Robert Wesleyan College, where she was heavily involved with the on-campus and church community. She has a passion for art and travel. She loves taking adventures, and learning through experiences and others.
