A Pathway to Serenity for individuals, couples, and families utilizing best practice treatment modalities for depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma that result in anger problems, lack of problem-solving skills, and/or a lack of self-esteem.

An eclectic approach is implemented through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Supportive Therapy that depends on the symptoms presented.

Master's in Social Work from Syracuse University majoring in Family Therapy. Retired from Broome County Mental Health Clinic, worked part-time at Family & Children's Society, and currently working in my Endicott Private Practice with Associates of Psychotherapy.
